About Us
Our Story
The trio have been long-time friends, initially connecting through their overlapping professional networks in Iran’s industrial sector. Their collaboration deepened over the years, particularly through Mr. Kamali’s recent 5-year partnership with Mr. Ghasemi’s company on microbial coating projects.
Their decision to launch this startup was inspired by attending the 2019 Tehran Industrial Innovation Conference, a seminar focused on “Advanced Manufacturing Technologies and Market Expansion,” held in April of that year. This event showcased the growing potential of innovative coatings and production techniques, encouraging small industrial teams with diverse expertise to collaborate, which motivated them to formalize their partnership.
Expanding to Canada to deliver eco-friendly nano-coatings for harsh winters and sustainable industries, targeting 10+ jobs by 2026.

Bio
Mr. Mohammad Haji Ghasemi, with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Islamic Azad University, Central Tehran (2016), has over 20 years of experience as the Owner and General Manager of Ghasemi Powder Coating Co. in Tehran. His portfolio includes successful project implementations for major firms such as Petrochemical Oil and Gas Company, Iran Khodro, and HEPCO, alongside home appliance manufacturers like Emersun and Absal, and road construction equipment for Orfiran Company. He also served as Quality Assurance Manager at RAADCO in Melbourne, Australia. As General Manager, Mr. Haji Ghasemi will spearhead high-quality business strategies, oversee daily operations, lead staff recruitment, and represent the company to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with legal and ethical standards.
Bio
Mr. Hamid Reza Omidi, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Islamic Azad University, Kerman (2002), brings extensive technical expertise. His career includes roles as Technical and Commercial Manager at Kavosh Co. (2001-2007) and Deputy General Manager of Tunnel at General Mechanic Company (2007-2010), followed by his current position as Machinery and Equipment Manager at Perlit Co. since 2010. In Canada, Mr. Omidi will oversee equipment, machinery, and mechanical operations, leveraging his background to establish a robust production framework.
Bio
Mr. Khalil Kamali Jamil, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Islamic Azad University (2000) and over 20 years of experience, serves as Marketing Manager. His roles include Deputy of Administrative Affairs at General Mekanik Co. (2001-present), Senior Auditor at the In-Country Auditing Organization (1995-2001), and Deputy Chief Financial Officer at General Mechanics Company (2001-present). As a certified public accountant in Iran, he will manage marketing campaigns, develop advertising strategies, and handle corporate accounting in Canada, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
